With: Eugenia Romanelli, journalist and author + Eva Tomei, photographer.

Have you ever been intimately accompanied around a city by an author or a journalist? Have you ever been the artistic subject for a professional photographer? The experience we are proposing is not a guided tour, but an immersion in the emotions the city can provide through the special oratory of a professional story-teller, captured for eternity in the portraits of a photographic master. This is the second largest city park, but it is certainly the most fascinating, whether for its history, its archaeological remains, its flora and fauna, but also for some surprises unknown to most visitors. Our clients will be led through the woods, following paths that are not always well signposted that lead to abandoned sepulchres and catacombs, to the Temple of Flora, to Villa Polissena, to the Royal Stables, to the Swiss Chalet, to the Gothic Tower, or to the Royal Villa, today the Egyptian Embassy. Along the way, you will come across Mussolini’s huge anti-aircraft bunker and, with any luck, will see squirrels, wild rabbits, hedgehogs and porcupines. The forest itself is very moving, dense and wild, overflowing with pines, holm oaks, laurels, olive trees, elms, oaks, maples and poplars, but also tropical trees and palms. If the undergrowth permits, we will also reach a very rare metasequoia, an aquatic conifer imported from Tibet in 1940.

Length: 2 hours

The cost of the tour includes the digital photo book.
